Pack with Care
Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
